Theft from Port Clinton Wal-Mart
On May 15, 2008 the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office took a report from Wal-Mart located at 2826 East Harbor Road in Portage Township. The report was of a white male that entered the store and stole a $500 computer system. Store employees asking for a receipt approached the male. The male quickly exited the store and loaded the computer into a red SUV with gray fenders. A white female was observed waiting for the male in the vehicle. An employee, while attempting to get a license plate number, was nearly struck as the female and male fled the property.
The male is described as being 6’ to 6’3”, medium build, dark hair, black hat, and black t-shirt with “High again” shirt that resembled a Heineken logo. The female is described as a having long brown hair.
The vehicle is described as a red SUV with gray fenders and/or gray bottom color.
A similar incident occurred at the Wal-Mart store in Perkins Township earlier today.
