Deputy Kent Davis Promoted to Patrol Sergeant

 

    On Monday, April 10, 2006, Sheriff Robert Bratton announced that Deputy Kent Davis has been promoted to the position of Patrol Sergeant. Deputy Davis will replace Sergeant Gary Gregg who retired on March 31, 2006.

    Deputy Davis began his law enforcement career in 1990 with the Weston, Ohio Police Department. Since then he has worked for the Holgate Police Department and the Wood County Juvenile Detention Center. He came to the Ottawa County Sheriffs Office in 1998 as a Corrections Officer and in June of 2001 was promoted to the Patrol Division.

    Sheriff Bratton, Chief Deputy Riedmaier and Captain Levorchick are confident in the ability of Sergeant Davis to perform his new duties and welcome him to our management team.

    Sergeant Davis will begin his new duties on April 16, 2006.
