Marijuana Grow Operation Seized and Two Arrested in Clay Township

    On Wednesday, December 23, 2009 agents from the Ottawa County Drug Task Force, detectives from the Ottawa County Sheriffs Office and officers from the Clay Township Police Department executed a search warrant at 22784 West Holt Harrigan Road, Genoa, Ohio. Officers seized marijuana plants, processed marijuana, equipment for an indoor grow operation, firearms, US currency and miscellaneous drug paraphernalia.

    Melissa K. Moll, age 29, and Daniel R. Flickenger, age 52, have each been charged with Possession of Marijuana, Cultivation of Marijuana and Possession of Criminal Tools, all classified as felonies of the fifth degree. Both were incarcerated in the Ottawa County Detention Facility pending appearance in the Ottawa County Municipal Court.
