Carroll Township Man Charged with Sex Offenses
On Friday, April 13, 2007 Ottawa County Sheriffs Deputies arrested Jeffrey L. Gill, age 45 of West Duff Washa Road, Oak Harbor, Ohio after receiving a Warrant on Indictment issued from the Ottawa County Court of Common Pleas.
The indictment alleges that on or about March 2, 2007 Jeffrey L. Gill engaged in sexual conduct with a 19 year old female.
Jeffrey Gill has been charged with the following:
- Rape, a Felony of the First Degree
- Sexual Battery, a Felony of the Third Degree
- Gross Sexual Imposition, a Felony of the Fourth Degree
Jeffrey Gill will be held in the Ottawa County Detention Facility without bond until his first appearance in the Ottawa County Common Pleas Court.
The case was investigated by the Carroll Township Police Department.
